Are you tired of the same patterns showing up in your relationships?
Same arguments - Same distance
Same disappointment
Different people - Same patterns.
The pattern is not the problem. It is the signal.
And once you see it clearly, everything changes.
Have you ever thought these type of things?
I want to feel seen, loved, and respected—but often don’t.
I give so much of myself and still feel unseen or dismissed. How can I feel genuinely valued, understood and given the same care I give to others.
I keep having the same conversation or argument and nothing ever changes.
It seems like I’m stuck in a loop - the same issues and reactions and never a clear understanding of what’s really happening so change is possible.
I asked for what I need, and if I get it at all it doesn’t last very long.
I speak up and try to set boundaries but my boundaries aren’t being respected. Why can’t people who say they love me show that my needs matter to them.
Sometimes I just stay quiet or give in because I’m afraid standing up for myself might cost the relationship.
I try to keep the peace because it doesn’t feel fully safe to speak my truth.
I just want them so I feel loved and things can get better.
I know I make mistakes too, but I am trying and I don’t think they are. I wonder if another perspective can help me see other options.
I promise myself I’ll respond differently next time...and then end up responding in the same familiar way.
If only I could understand why I keep doing this, I might have the ability to follow-through with a new response.
Even if I’m not ready to make a big change—I just want to understand what’s happening and see my choices more clearly.
I don’t want to rock the boat, but patterns that leave me unhappy or frustrated keep repeating and I just want to see a way to honor myself.
If you have . . .
Join me for a two-hour online workshop where you will finally understand what is driving your patterns and discover the choices that were always available to you.
