Week 2: Health + Whole‑Body Awareness

Welcome to Week 2

This week builds on the grounding and authenticity work you began in Week 1. Now that you’ve reconnected with your inner voice, we shift into reconnecting with your whole health system — your body, your energy, your emotions, and your mind.

ealth is not a single dimension. It’s the way your physical, mental, and emotional layers interact and influence one another.

This week helps you slow down enough to notice:

  • What your body has been trying to communicate

  • Where you feel supported or depleted

  • What habits or patterns are helping you

  • What needs attention, rest, or nourishment

Before we explore the other life areas more deeply, we move to another foundational area that supports all of them — your health.

This Week’s Focus

During this week we will practice:

  • Listening to your body’s signals

  • Noticing where your energy rises and where it drops

  • Reconnecting with your physical, mental, and emotional rhythms

  • Identifying what supports your well‑being

  • Making small, sustainable adjustments that help you feel more grounded

This Week’s Objectives

By the end of Week 2, you will:

  • Understand the three dimensions of health: physical, mental, and emotional

  • Identify where your health feels supported and where it feels strained

  • Notice the patterns that influence your energy, mood, and capacity

  • Begin listening to your body’s signals with more clarity and compassion

  • Choose one grounded health habit to practice consistently this week

Health: Understanding Your Whole‑Body System

Your health is more than symptoms, habits, or routines. It is the ongoing conversation between your body, mind, and emotions — each influencing the other.

This week, you’re invited to notice:

  • Where your body feels steady or strained

  • What supports your energy and what drains it

  • How your thoughts impact your physical state

  • How your emotions show up in your body

  • What your system has been asking for

There is no judgment here — only awareness.

Reflection Questions

  1. What stood out to you this week about your health? (Patterns, signals, energy shifts, moments of clarity.)

  2. Where do you feel most supported physically, mentally, and emotionally?

  3. Where do you feel tension, depletion, or strain?

  4. What is one thing your body has been trying to tell you?

  5. What do you need more of to feel grounded and well?

  6. What do you need less of to support your health?

Let these questions be honest, gentle, and curious — not pressured.

Teaching: Understanding Whole‑Body Health

Your health is not just physical strength or the absence of symptoms. It is the ongoing relationship between your body, mind, and emotions — each influencing the other in ways you may not always notice.

This week, we explore how your system communicates with you:

  • Through energy levels

  • Through tension or ease

  • Through mood shifts

  • Through cravings or resistance

  • Through your ability to focus, rest, or regulate

When you slow down enough to listen, your body becomes one of your greatest sources of clarity. It tells you what is aligned, what is too much, and what needs support.

Health is not about pushing harder. It’s about responding to what your system is asking for.

Health Check‑In (Light Version)

Before we go deeper in Week 3, simply notice:

  • Which parts of your health feel steady

  • Which parts feel wobbly or inconsistent

  • Which areas you’ve been avoiding

  • Which areas you’re curious about

  • Where your energy naturally rises or drops

No scoring. No pressure. Just awareness.

Your Action Step

Choose one small thing this week that supports your health — something that helps you feel more grounded, nourished, or regulated.

Examples:

  • Drinking water before coffee

  • A 10‑minute walk

  • Turning off notifications

  • Going to bed 20 minutes earlier

  • Stretching before bed

  • Eating one supportive meal

  • Saying no to something that drains you

Small steps create momentum.

Closing Thought

You don’t have to transform your entire health this week. You just have to listen to your body with a little more honesty and a little more compassion. Everything else will grow from there.
