Welcome to Week 1

This week sets the foundation for your entire Whole‑Life Alignment journey. We will learn and practice grounding, reconnecting, and creating the internal space you need for meaningful change. Before we explore the 12 life areas, we start with you — your truth, your needs, your inner voice.

Your focus this week is Authenticity — understanding who you are, what you value, and what alignment looks like for you.

When you are centered, everything else becomes clearer.

This Week’s Focus

During this week we will practice:

  • Slowing down

  • Noticing your internal landscape

  • Reconnecting with your body and breath

  • Identifying what alignment feels like for you

  • Beginning from honesty rather than pressure

This Week’s Objectives

By the end of Week 1, you will:

  • Understand the purpose and structure of the program

  • Clarify what “alignment” means in your life

  • Identify your core values

  • Begin noticing where you feel in or out of alignment

  • Set a grounded intention for the next six weeks

Before we can evaluate our lives, we need to reconnect with the part of us that knows what we truly want. Week 1 is about remembering who you are beneath expectations, roles, and responsibilities.

This is your foundation.

  • A 10‑minute walk

  • Drinking water before coffee

  • Turning off notifications

  • Going to bed 20 minutes earlier

  • Saying no to something that drains you
