A short guided reset to help you clear what isn’t yours, return to your own center, and re‑establish grounded presence in your relational field. Use this anytime you feel pulled off‑center, overwhelmed by others’ emotions, or disconnected from your internal clarity.

What This Meditation Does

This practice helps you:

  • Release emotional or energetic material that doesn’t belong to you

  • Reconnect with your own internal center

  • Re‑establish grounded boundaries

  • Reset your relational system so you can respond instead of absorb

  • Return to clarity, neutrality, and presence

How to Use It

When you feel overwhelmed by someone else’s emotions
