How Deep Are You Willing to Know Yourself?
A Guided Self-Exploration Experience
A guided opportunity to intentionally explore YOU and how you relate to your life.
If you've ever found yourself thinking...
I've worked hard to become the person I thought I needed to be, but I still don't feel the peace I expected now that I'm here.
I know I'm a good person, but sometimes I don't even know who I am.
I thought I knew my purpose, but now life has changed. It seems like there must be more to life, but I don't know what's missing. Sometimes I even wonder if I have a purpose at all.
If any of these resonate with you, you're not alone.
This experience offers a thoughtful, guided space to explore those questions at your own pace.
Is This For You?
This Guided Self-Exploration Experience may be especially meaningful if you...
sense that something within you or your life is changing and want space to understand it more fully.
are curious about your beliefs, values, and the ways you relate to yourself, others, and life.
have built a life that looks right on the outside, yet something inside still feels unsettled.
prefer thoughtful questions over advice, and exploration over instruction.
want to understand yourself more deeply—gently, intentionally, and at your own pace.
If this feels like the kind of space you've been looking for, I'd love to welcome you into the next Guided Self-Exploration Experience.
Why I Created This Experience
I've always been curious about people.
Over the years, that curiosity has been shaped by my own lived experiences, years of education, and working with people from many different walks of life.
Again and again, I noticed patterns. Certain ways of relating to ourselves seemed to leave people feeling stuck, while other perspectives opened the door to greater understanding, acceptance, and freedom.
Over time, those observations came together into the Guided Self-Exploration Experience.
My role isn't to give you answers or tell you what to believe. It's to create a thoughtful space where you can explore and deepen your own understanding.
What Is Guided Self-Exploration?
A Guided Self-Exploration Experience is an opportunity to intentionally explore yourself and how you relate to your life with the guidance of an experienced facilitator.
The way we relate to ourselves shapes the way we relate to every part of our lives. By understanding ourselves more deeply, we often begin to experience our relationships, choices, and lives differently.
Together, we'll explore a variety of perspectives, frameworks, reflective activities, and ways of looking at yourself, your experiences, and your life. As you explore, you'll have opportunities to deepen your understanding of your beliefs, values, perspectives, and ways of relating to yourself, others, and life.
Throughout the experience, you'll be invited to keep what resonates with you and leave what doesn't.
Rather than providing answers or telling you what you should believe, I'll facilitate the exploration through thoughtful questions, conversation, and reflection. The purpose isn't to replace your understanding with mine. It's to create opportunities for you to explore and deepen your own understanding.
What You'll Experience
During this Guided Self-Exploration Experience, you'll have opportunities to:
Explore thoughtful questions that invite deeper self-understanding.
Discover new perspectives and frameworks for looking at yourself, your experiences, and your life.
Reflect through guided activities designed to help you notice what feels aligned, what feels unclear, and what may be ready for deeper exploration.
Participate in meaningful conversations with others, if and when you choose.
Listen, observe, reflect, and notice what resonates with you.
Deepen your understanding of your beliefs, values, and ways of relating to yourself, others, and life.
Explore at your own pace in a supportive environment with no expectation to share more than you're comfortable sharing.
Some people discover new insights by speaking. Others discover them by listening, reflecting, or simply noticing what arises within them. Every form of participation is welcome.
What You May Notice
Every person's experience is unique, so this Guided Self-Exploration Experience doesn't promise specific outcomes. Instead, it offers opportunities that may continue unfolding long after the six weeks have ended.

Greater clarity about what you value and what feels aligned with those values.
A growing sense of freedom to choose how you participate in your life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to share?
No. You decide how you'd like to participate. Some people share often, while others prefer to listen, reflect, or write. Every form of participation is welcome.
Is this therapy or coaching?
No. This is a Guided Self-Exploration Experience. Rather than providing advice or treatment, I'll facilitate thoughtful exploration through questions, conversation, and reflection.
What if I'm quiet or introverted?
That's completely welcome. Many meaningful insights come through listening and reflecting. There is no expectation that you speak more than feels comfortable.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. You'll receive the greatest benefit by attending all six sessions, but if you miss one, you're welcome to rejoin the group the following week.
Do I need to prepare anything before we begin?
No preparation is required. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Is this experience right for me if I'm going through a difficult season?
Only you can decide that. This experience offers space for reflection and exploration, but it is not therapy or crisis support. If you're currently in crisis or need clinical mental health care, working with a licensed mental health professional would be the more appropriate choice.
If this experience feels like the right next step for you, I'd love to welcome you into the experience.
